Use case
A marketing data warehouse without the data team
A marketing data warehouse that unifies ad, web, and email data, including GA4, without hiring a data team. Build the marketing data stack an AI data team runs for you.

Marketing data is rarely in one place: ad spend lives in the ad platform, traffic and channel data live in GA4, engagement lives in email tooling, and the "true" attribution number depends on which report you trust that week. OptimaFlo builds the marketing data warehouse that unifies them, staffed by an AI data team instead of a hire you do not have budget for yet.
Where the marketing data warehouse pain actually is
- "GA4 shows a different channel breakdown depending on which report I open."
- "Nobody can tell me blended CAC across ad spend and email without a half-day of copy-paste."
- "Every new campaign means someone manually stitching spend, traffic, and conversions together."
- "We know the numbers are somewhere. We do not have someone whose job is to put them in one place."
GA4's data, made into one table
GA4 spreads traffic source across several dimensions depending on scope, first-touch, session, or event, and there is no single session-level table you can just query. OptimaFlo's GA4 connector calls Google's own Data API with a service account you control, and validates every dimension and metric you configure against your property's live metadata catalog before the first row lands, so a typo fails at setup instead of silently landing an empty column. From there, the Analytics Engineer builds one canonical Clean-tier channel table, so every dashboard downstream reads from the same definition of "channel" instead of five slightly different ones.
What the rest of the team does with it
The Ingestion Engineer connects ad platform and email tooling data through OptimaFlo's database or REST API connectors, alongside GA4. The Data Engineer joins all of it into a Ready-tier model for spend, traffic, and conversions. The Analyst can then answer "what channel drove the most signups last month" in plain English, and the BI Developer turns the recurring version of that question into a dashboard you check weekly instead of rebuild weekly.
