Why This Exists
I spent years as a data engineer managing fragmented infrastructure; more time duct-taping tools together than actually solving problems. When I was laid off in late 2024, I came within one interview question of taking the safer path. Instead, I went all in on the data team I wished existed.
The thesis is simple: AI is only as good as the data behind it. Every company needs clean, accessible data, but most can't afford the full data stack or the full data team that it takes to build it. OptimaFlo enhances your data owner with an AI data team without the enterprise price tag.

Is OptimaFlo an AI data team or a data tool?
Both, but the team is the point. A Manager delegates to an Ingestion Engineer, Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, Analyst, BI Developer, and Quality Engineer. They run on a platform built for them, so replacing six to ten separate tools is a by-product, not the goal.
Does my data leave my cloud?
No. OptimaFlo deploys into your own AWS or GCP account. Your data stays in your cloud in open Apache Iceberg format, so you own it and never operate the stack.
