Use case
Client reporting for marketing agencies
Agency client reporting and marketing agency reporting built around one workspace per client, with dashboards an AI data team builds and maintains for you.
Last updated Monday, Aug 10, 2026
Agencies live or die by how fast they can turn a client's raw campaign and web data into a report that client trusts. OptimaFlo gives each client their own isolated workspace, and an AI data team that connects the data and builds the dashboard, so client reporting stops being the thing your best analyst rebuilds from scratch every month.
Where agency reporting breaks down
- "Every client uses a different mix of platforms, so every report is a custom build."
- "We reuse last month's dashboard and hope nothing about the client's setup changed."
- "A client asks 'how did that one campaign do' and it takes a day to pull an answer."
- "Data from two clients living in the same spreadsheet is a mistake waiting to happen."
One workspace per client, one team per workspace
Each client gets an isolated workspace with its own Apache Polaris data catalog, so their connected sources, tables, and dashboards never mix with another client's. The Ingestion Engineer connects whatever that client's stack actually is, a database, a REST API, or GA4, without you writing a new integration per client. The Data Engineer builds the pipeline for that workspace's campaign, spend, and web data, and the BI Developer builds the client-facing dashboard, refined through conversation instead of a redesign ticket every time a client's needs shift slightly.
For the ad-hoc question that comes in between reporting cycles, the Analyst answers directly against that client's connected data in plain English, so "how did the spring campaign perform" gets answered the same day it is asked.
Starting a client on the stack
Connecting a new client is meant to be a same-week task, not a quarter-long onboarding. See how the AI data team works on a request end to end, or browse the full role lineup every workspace gets.
Starter is $2,500 a month and includes all seven roles. Reach out about scaling across multiple client workspaces as your agency grows.
