BYOC on AWS

Deploy Into Your Own AWS Account

Terraform provisions the stack directly inside your AWS account. Your Iceberg tables and pipeline runs stay behind your own IAM boundary.

What Gets Provisioned

The BYOC agent

Runs the Apache Polaris catalog and executes pipeline work inside your account, alongside the storage and orchestration resources below.

S3 and Amazon MWAA

Iceberg tables live in S3. Amazon MWAA (Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow) orchestrates your pipeline DAGs, Raw through Clean and Ready.

IAM roles via STS AssumeRole

OptimaFlo authenticates by assuming an IAM role you grant, using short-lived STS credentials. No access keys are stored.

Terraform-managed infrastructure

Every resource is defined in Terraform, so what gets created in your account is inspectable before you approve the deploy.

Ready to Deploy

Deployment runs through the same guided wizard as GCP: connect your AWS account, review the permissions it asks for, and deploy.
